Under the direction of Dave Falcone, our Director of Youth Ministries, experienced adults lead this area of ministry as they seek to build relationships with students..

This ministry is designed to guide 6th -12th grade students through the moral maze of questions that arrive with adolescence, and to build them up in their faith in order for them to develop as mature Christians (while maintaining their identity and sense of conviction).

Who is Dave Falcone?!
Serving as Hope's Youth Pastor, Dave has hiked the Belize countryside, jumped out of a plane, and helped those in need from Nicaragua and Florida to Ireland and Jamaica. With a B.A. and M.A. in Youth Ministry and his mission work around the world, Dave is a fearless follower of Christ, which is what makes him such an inspiring Director of Youth Ministries. Together with his wife Jackie, they make an awesome team. If there's a will, there's a way; Dave's got both...and a wild heart.  His favorite TV shows include Lost and Heroes, two metaphors for why he wants to be a light in a dark place.

Who is Braden Gross?!
We are excited to introduce Braden as our intern this summer.  He has been to Europe, and driven across the country and back, played soccer since he was four, and even had a chance to try out for a national select soccer team. While currently attending Eastern University where he is the captain of the soccer team, Braden is focusing his studies on Youth Ministry, where his heart for students and love for Christ can truly be seen.  When there is no soccer to play and no class work to be done, you are likely to find Braden spending his time hanging out with friends or reading a good book.
